  • The renter must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 25 years of age. Any additional drivers must also be at least 25 years of age and present on the scheduled departure date with their valid driver’s license.

  • A $500 to $1,000 refundable rental deposit (minus processing fees) is required to confirm reservation. Reservation deposit is refundable upon completion of rental after clear damage inspection. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Deposits on canceled reservations can be used towards future rental dates.

  • Renter needs to provide an insurance binder from their auto insurance company prior to rental. This is usually provided quickly, easily and at no cost free by your insurance company.

  • All rentals must be paid in full upon departure or be subject to cancellation.

  • Pets are allowed but an additional cleaning fee of $25 per pet will be added.

  • Smoking in the RV is not allowed.

  • Travel to Canada or Mexico is not permitted.

  • Music Festivals are permitted however we will not allow our RV’s to attend Burning man!
